ABOUT THE ENTERTAINMENT EXAMINER

We have been around now for the last 8 years in one form or another. Thomas "Jake Blues" Friesner has been involved in the entertainment industry since performing as the Blues Brothers at Universal Orlando in 1997. He started writing for the Examiner in 2009 while living in Orlando, Florida; reporting on Sci Fi happenings in the area.

After moving to South Bend, Indiana with his family he became the South Bend Sci Fi Examiner and started reporting on Comic Cons. Specifically the Wizard World Cons. He started showing up as Jake Blues and bringing along Elwood to complete the duo. 

Now with a revitalized attitude towards reporting and with the Examiner no longer online he has become his own examiner. The Entertainment Examiner!
